Transfer Title Services opened its doors in April 1993 in CooperCity, Florida.

It’s owned and operated by Steven L. Bornstein, Esquire.

Steven L. Bornstein is originally from Brooklyn, New York, but attended law school in Houston, Texas.  He has been a resident of Florida, since 1979.

Teresa R.  Pratt & Grace Quinones are the closers for Transfer Title Services.

Teresa joined Transfer Title Services in September, 1997. She holds a paralegal degree. Teresa is also the office supervisor and handles all of the accounting for the office.

Grace joined Transfer Title Services in April, 2001. She has many years of experience as a Real Estate Processor and is Bi-lingual.

Maria Molina and Yisel Caceras-Baldwin are our marketing team and short sale specialists. Both come with many years of experience in the title field.  Both are Bi-Lingual.
